🚨 WE’RE HIRING! 🚨

We’re looking for a Full-Time Vending Machine Route Operator to join the H2O Vend team, based from Tilney St Lawrence, King’s Lynn.

And just to clear something up straight away… this is NOT a delivery driver job! 🚐❌

Yes, there’s a company van and plenty of driving, but the real job is looking after our customers and their vending machines — keeping them clean, fully stocked, correctly merchandised and looking their best.

We’re looking for someone who:

✅ Takes pride in their work
✅ Has a keen eye for detail
✅ Is reliable and happy with early starts
✅ Enjoys working independently
✅ Is friendly and confident with customers
✅ Holds a full, clean UK driving licence with at least 3 years’ driving experience

No vending experience? That’s fine — full training will be provided. Attitude, reliability and attention to detail matter more to us.

📍 Based near King’s Lynn
🕐 Full Time – Monday to Friday

That £1.50 bottle of drink? Soon you’ll be paying £1.70. 👀

But there’s a catch… you can get 20p of it back.

From 1 October 2027, a new UK Deposit Return Scheme will mean a 20p refundable deposit is added to most cans and plastic drinks bottles.

Buy the drink. Pay the deposit. Return the empty container. Get your 20p back.

It sounds simple — but behind those four steps is one of the biggest changes to drinks retail and vending in decades.

It will affect vending machines, supermarkets, workplaces, manufacturers and ultimately almost everyone who buys a canned or bottled drink.

And there's another change we're all going to start seeing a lot more of…

♻️ Reverse Vending Machines.

Machines where instead of putting money in and getting a drink out, you put the empty drink container in and get your money back.

At H2O Vend, we're already investigating RVM technology and what the new scheme could mean for our customers and the vending industry.

☀️😎 Well… that was summer then. ☔🍂

One minute we're complaining it's too hot, hunting for the office fan and emptying the cold drinks machine…

The next, it's grey outside, raining sideways and getting dark before you've even thought about dinner.

Yep. Autumn appears to have finally arrived.

Which does have its advantages…

- Proper ground coffee suddenly sounds VERY appealing.
- Hot chocolate season is officially back.
- Comfort food has replaced the summer salad and ice cream.
- And a Smart fridge, or Freezer, full of Grab&Go meals and snacks starts looking like a very good workplace perk.

So if your coffee machine has spent the summer producing something that almost meets the definition of coffee, or you're spending more time swearing at the snack machine than using it, then it could be time for an upgrade.
