Hi Everyone!

Starting this week we will NOT be accepting collection or walk-ins

Please order through delivery only

We are very sorry about the phones, there is only one phone and one worker so it becomes clogged up with people trying to order but if you keep trying you should get through. If we are overwhelmed we will have to stop taking orders at a certain point as we wont be able to fulfill extra orders.

Hello everybody!

There were an excessive number of customers gathering outside Jade Palace Saturday night. Likely people trying to avoid the long delivery wait and expecting collection to be better. This is dangerous for the customers, for the staff and detrimental to the running of the business. Not only do collection orders cause severe delays to delivery orders at this time, but if police come past and see gatherings of people the Chinese could be closed.

From now on we will be limiting the number of collections to a maximum of 5 at any one time, one order in one order out

Delivery will still be open as usual. We apologise for the long wait times but please please bare with us and stay safe!!
