We’ve got another seriously tasty line-up coming out of the Boulangère Bros trailer this week… and there are some absolute beauties on here. 🤤🔥

🦆 Duck Croquette — smoked tomato & chorizo sauce, pickled onion, chorizo aioli & crispy onion.

🍟 Boulangère Signature Loaded Fries — 14-hour slow-cooked pork, salsa verde, cheese, flavoured aiolis, crispy onion & pickled slaw.

🌶️ Chilli Con Carne Loaded Fries — tender chilli con carne piled over crispy hand-cut chips, finished with aiolis & cheese.

🥘 Beef Stew — nose-to-tail beef with potato dumplings, burnt butter crumb & chive aioli.

🐷 Hog Roast Bap — served in a brioche bun with gravy & smashed potato.

🍫 And because there’s ALWAYS room for pudding… Milk Chocolate Brownie with Chantilly Cream & Berries!

Our menus are always changing, and looking back at some of the dishes we’ve served over the past few months has got us feeling seriously hungry! 🔥

Our Jerk Chicken Thighs are juicy, sticky and absolutely packed with flavour, finished off with sesame seeds and crispy onions for that extra bit of crunch. 🙌
