My top Turkey tip! Brine your bird now! 😊

Salt, brown sugar, rosemary, thyme, sage, oranges, lemons, a couple of garlic cloves, some peppercorns and some bay leaves 👌🏻

Mines in a pan, outside, overnight. Your turkey will absorb some of the flavoured water, it will be plump and when you cook it, it will stay juicier.

Google the brine recipe but roughly I did a handful of the salt and sugar, melted in hot water. Add the herbs whilst the water is hot to release the flavours and then top up with cold water before adding the rest.

Merry Christmas and thank you so much for choosing The Meat Club this year.
