🥚 The honesty box is all topped up again! ☀️

Perfect timing for all your cakes, omelettes, breakfast fry-ups, egg mayo sarnies and homemade quiches. 😋

We’ve kept the eggs nice and cool in an insulated cool box with frozen water bottles, so they’re fresh and chilled despite the heatwave.

Keep an eye out too… you might be lucky enough to find a few double-yolker chicken eggs, and even some double-yolker duck eggs (the big white ones!) mixed in with today’s selection. 🥚🥚

🥵🐔 OUR SPOILT GIRLS HAVE MOVED INTO THE HOUSE… AND THE EGGS HAVE TOO! 🥚❤️

With everyone talking about the heatwave, some of our chickens decided they’d had enough of the sunshine and have been living the VIP life indoors… complete with air conditioning, cuddles, treats and probably more TV than us! 😂

The rest of the girls are still happily laying away, but because of the heat we’ve been keeping all of our fresh free-range eggs chilled in an insulated cool box with frozen 2-litre water bottles.

We didn’t want them turning into scrambled eggs before you got them! 🤣

So if you’ve been wondering where the eggs have gone over the last few days… they’ve simply been keeping cool! ❄️🥚
