Fresh, seasonal vegetables are at the heart of so many of our meals. 🥕🥦

That’s where Frank H Mann comes in.

Based right here in Torquay, Frank H Mann supplies Devon Farm Kitchen with fresh produce collected from more than 60 farms across the South West.

Those vegetables make their way into everything from our roast dinners to comforting casseroles and hearty sides, helping us create meals that are colourful, nutritious and full of flavour.

Working with a local supplier also helps keep the journey from field to fork shorter, while supporting growers and farming communities across Devon and the wider South West.

The best part of an autumn dinner might be what comes after it. 🍎

Our Orchard Apple & Blackberry Crumble has soft fruit with a hint of cinnamon under a buttery oat topping. And yes, the creamy custard is included, so there’s no need to discover you’ve forgotten it just as the crumble comes out of the oven.

One customer described it as “crunchy oat topping over soft beautifully flavoured fruit”. We make it here in Torquay, ready to keep in your freezer for a pudding night.

“The sauce was deliciously seasoned.” That’s what one customer said about our Creamy Chicken Cobbler, and it’s the part of this dish we’d start with too. 💚

Tender chicken thigh, new potatoes, carrots, peas and leeks sit in that rich, creamy sauce, with a Cheddar cobbler seasoned with thyme and parsley on top. It’s freshly prepared here in Torquay, then frozen for you to cook at home.

Each portion contains 28.6g of protein, and it can go straight from the freezer into the oven for 40–45 minutes. A proper dinner for the nights you don’t fancy making one from scratch.

This week’s meal feature is our Loin Lamb Chop.

Tender British lamb loin chops are served with creamy potato gratin, seasonal vegetables and braised red cabbage, all finished with a rich redcurrant and mint gravy.

It’s a hearty, restaurant-style meal that’s handmade here in Devon and ready straight from the freezer when you need it.

And the best bit? It can be ready in around 10 minutes in the microwave, depending on your appliance.

We’re delighted to have received Gold in the Online Retailer category at the Taste of the West Hospitality & Retail Awards 2026.

The assessors praised our easy ordering experience, reliable delivery and, most of all, the quality and taste of our meals. They particularly enjoyed our creamy chicken cobbler, Lancashire hotpot and cauliflower and broccoli cheese. 💚

We’re shining a spotlight on one of the brilliant businesses behind our meals: Prentice Butchers in Torquay.

Prentice supplies Devon Farm Kitchen with a range of quality meats, including beef, lamb, pork and venison, which our kitchen team then turns into many of the comforting dishes you know and love.

Working with suppliers close to home means we can source great ingredients while supporting other businesses here in South Devon too.

From the butcher to our kitchen, and then onto your plate. 💚
