I'm going to trial evening openings,
I won't be doing what I do in the mornings, it will be an evening menu,

Jacket potatos and dirty fries,

As a teaser, I'll be doing the classics with the jacket potatos but I'll be trialling dirty fries with a twist

For example:

Japanese dirty fries - fried chicken with a Katsu sauce

Mexican - a mild chilli with cheese or if you want it hotter, I'll cater for that..

The American - with hot dog, mustard and red sauce with crunchy onions
