Today marks the end of an era here at Cantina.

After 6 incredible years with us, our Head Chef, Pat, is moving on to his next adventure.

Pat started his journey with us at Goodrington, and when we opened Cantina Torquay, he made the move across to lead the kitchen as Head Chef. Since then, he has been a huge part of what makes Cantina so special.

Everyone who has worked with Pat knows him for his cheerful nature, constant playful attitude, and endless laughs. He has been a fantastic colleague, leader, and friend, and he will be greatly missed by both the team and our customers.

While we’re sad to see him go, we’re also excited for him as he begins his next venture. We wish you nothing but success and happiness in this new chapter.

Thank you for everything you’ve done for Cantina, Pat. We’ll definitely be coming over to see you soon!
