Beef from Layfields looking superb and a U 3 from Tallentires to follow both from Teesdale, as is the Pork. Lamb and Chickens from North Yorkshire.
Few marinated meats available as weather man said it could be BBQs at Weekend 🔥.

Weekend counters on full of the finest local quality meats money can buy!
Sadly another attack on British farmers and Butchers this week from Mr Milliband who suggests we eat less meat and Dairy to hit so called net zero ! With our Beef today from Layfields just 6 miles from the shop I suggest he looks elsewhere perhaps all the air travel he does 🤔 ! Pork from Bradley's again 6 miles from the shop and lamb from the co Durham/ north yorkshire border as are the chicken from Soanes.

Beef from Walkers family farm looking superb as always this morning we've had so many good reports on how tender and flavoursome it is this week. Pork from Bradley's, Chickens from North Yorkshire and we have a small amount of minted lamb available again from North Yorkshire.

Weekend counters on and as you'd expect we're very much BBQ focused this weekend! If you want to really treat yourself the steaks from Walkers family farm Beef are amazing 👌. Lots of marinated meats from minted lamb to honey glazed gammon chops .

Weekend counters on full to the brim of local quality meats, Beef a mix of Steels and Walkers both these farms together are a grand total of 4 miles from the shop !
Spring Lamb from North Yorkshire as are the Soanes Chickens, Pork from Bradley's plenty of cover on for the best taste 😋.

Quite a few marinated meats done if you fancy a BBQ or just as nice in the oven at home, the sticky Mapel belly Pork has really got my taste buds going this morning.

Traditional butchers sandwiches Ham and Pease Pudding, Pork Dips and hot sausage meat all ready to go , here till 4pm hopefully see you soon 😊.

If you left us a tip over the festive period we'd like to say thank you as we enjoyed our Christmas doo tonight clay pigeon shooting! It was the first time jayne had shot a gun and took to it like a duck to water ! Thanks to our host Wallace at outdoor pursuits for a cracking night 💥.

Beautiful sunny morning in Towlaw 🌞! , Weekend counters on full of local quality meats. Beef a mix of Walkers and just arrived this morning a superb side of Beef from Steels family farm at Satley, graded U4L it doesn't get better than this absolutely superb 👌.
Our 1st Spring Lamb has arrived as well from Wensleydale and Pork as always from Bradley's. Plenty of choice in the counters this morning but if you don't see what your looking for let us know we're here to help and advise.
