Established in 1995, Catanger Llamas is in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside, often referred to as the county of 'squires and spires' with idyllic villages and beautiful rolling countryside, unspoilt and blissfully quiet. Although you can't actually ride them, these lovely pack animals will willingly carry your rucksack whilst you enjoy the beautiful scenery. What better way to get awa

y from it all than by leading a gentle llama along bridleways, farm tracks and country lanes. Why not make a short break of it, come and explore this undiscovered part of the English countryside.
•Personally guided treks available all year round
•Your own llama for the trek
•Tailor-made corporate days and large party treks
•No charge for children 8-12 years but they must be accompanied by one adult for each child and be able to walk for 2 hours covering 4 - 4½ miles. Not suitable for younger children.
•Trekking vouchers for that unforgettable gift
•Single trekkers are welcome subject to booking dates
•Disabled access and facilities in Visitor Centre

Introducing our ‘A’ baby boy….

As many of you know we go through the alphabet with all our babies born at Catanger and since we just had the lovely Zora, we are now back round to 🅰️ again.

The lovely Marler Masala gave birth Monday afternoon to an absolute corker of a boy. Sticking with the curry theme we have decided to name him Aloo Tikki 😊 - which when calling his name sounds just like ‘Hello Cheeky’!

Since the moment he was born he has hit the ground running, literally exploring everywhere, playing with Zora and clearly going to be a right cheeky chappy!

So we have fondly nicknamed him… ‘Cheeky Tikki’ ❤️

And oh my word, you’re going to love him! He’s a cracker ❤️More on him tomorrow…

This lovey lady celebrated her 89th birthday with us this morning for a beautiful llama trek in the coolness of the woodland, with Barnaby and her daughter Debbie and another mother and daughter duo who were trekking also.

What a lovely trek we had and a treat to meet her and make her 89th birthday so special. Officially making her our oldest trekker on record!
