Penn Farm Traditional Poultry Our poultry is dry plucked and finished by hand to ensure that you receive a premium product. If you have any questions, please do feel free to contact us.

All of our birds are free range and are kept to the highest welfare standards. At Penn Farm (based 1 mile from Thame) we believe in doing things the old fashioned way so all of our poultry is hung longer for up to 14 days for a more sumptuous flavour. Our birds come in to us at 24hrs old and remain with us throughout their lives, meaning that their food miles are kept to the absolute minimum. We h

ave our own purpose-built processing site to ensure the birds are prepared in a relaxed and stress-free environment. Perfect for your Christmas dinner, Sunday Roasts, high quality local meats.
