My heart is full โค๏ธ Celebrating Mabon (Autumn Equinox) in a castle, at a full moon, surrounded by the most beautiful people, with fires burning around us and some of the best fire food and best fire chefs in the UK. Literally what more can you ask.

Last week we had the MASSIVE honour of being invited down to Bidfood UK | Foodservice Taste of Bidfood Event in Woolwich by Lucy Nicole Quinnell ....repping Bidfood Wales as a regional branch ๐ŸคŸ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ
We flew the flag for Wales on the Regional stand with two amazing producers from Scotland The Drinks Bakery and Real lemonades and craft sodas speaking to some of Bidfood's biggest national accounts and getting them to taste our jams and BBQ Rubs
Turns out they also know how to party....the bar was drunk dry of white w**e several times (hasty restocking appeared from somewhere!) and evening entertainment was none other than the gorgous Sophie Ellis-Bextor and her husband ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿธ

Ludlow Food Festival you beaut. Day 3 of hanging out in a castle (one entrance in and out through the catsle walls, just about big enough for a transit van - tonight's loading out will be CHAOS!)
Our stand is over near the loo's right next door to Tired Mums Coffee), I'm doing a talk at 2.10pm (20 min whizz through cold smoking and using smoke as a flavour element in your kitchen) and our good friend's Sam and Shauna are demoing on the fire stage. What more could you want!

In London for the Taste of Bidfood tradeshow and enjoying the hustle, bustle and all the smells....taking me back to my London days in my late teens
Very different to my rural life now....but you can't help but drop back into a bit of that London swagger when you're here. Oh I do miss those mini marts with all the fresh fruit and veg staying open so late
Time to sell Smoked Bacon Jam to London (absolutely something that vegetarian teenage me in the 1990's would never think I would say ๐Ÿ˜‚)
