🌿 Job Opportunity – Cleaner Required 🌿
Fernhill Valley Farm Glamping Pods, Blaenrhondda
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic cleaner to join our small team at our luxury glamping pods.
Initially, we’re looking for someone who can provide flexible cover at short notice during busy periods, holidays and staff absence. The role is on an as-needed basis to start with, but for the right person there’s the opportunity for more regular work in the future if desired.
The role includes:
🧹 Cleaning and preparing our luxury glamping pods to a high standard between guest stays.
🛏️ Changing bedding and making beds.
🧺 Laundry and ironing of bedding and towels.
♨️ Cleaning and preparing hot tubs.
🪴 Cleaning and tidying outdoor patio areas and guest spaces.
🪵 Restocking log stores and replenishing fire-lighting supplies.
✨ Ensuring each pod is spotless, fully stocked and ready for arriving guests.
🔧 Reporting any maintenance issues or damaged items.
Working hours:
📅 Mainly between 11:00am and 4:00pm on guest changeover days, including weekends.
We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Is reliable, trustworthy and takes pride in their work.
✔️ Has excellent attention to detail.
✔️ Can be available at short notice, particularly at weekends.
✔️ Has their own transport to Fernhill Valley Farm, at the top of Blaenrhondda.
✔️ Is happy with a physically active role, including lifting laundry and logs, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
✔️ Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are just as important.
