We’re going to be closing for a little while.

We spend a lot of our time supporting, raising awareness, and donating towards mental health and wellbeing, and encouraging people to look after themselves and ask for help when they need it. Right now, it’s time for us to take our own advice — to put ourselves first for a bit and take some time to reset.

This isn’t something we ever like to do. We know so many of you plan ahead, save the dates, and look forward to us coming to your town. If there’s anyone who hates letting people down — our customers, our supporters, and our staff — it’s us.

The truth is, things have become quite difficult behind the scenes. Being self-employed isn’t always what people think it is. We often hear comments at events when our queue is busy — “you’ll be able to retire soon!” — and while we know it’s meant lightheartedly, the reality is very different.

There’s no holiday pay, no sick pay, and everything depends on factors we can’t control — social media reach, the weather, school holidays, whether people are away, or simply if they’ve seen our posts. And of course, many people are tightening their own spending right now, which we completely understand. Add rising fuel costs (not ideal for a travelling business!) and a few other stresses behind the scenes, and it’s all started to take its toll.

So, we’re pressing pause.

We’re really sorry to disappoint anyone, but we need a bit of time to regroup, sort a few things out, and take care of things that have been on the back burner for far too long.

We were already due to be away with Cosy for the last two weeks of May, as we’ll be at Devon County Show and Royal Bath & West Show — so if you’re there, please do come and say hello!

We’ll be back, refreshed and ready to go again from 2nd June. Before then, we’ll post our upcoming locations and dates — so keep an eye out, and hopefully we’ll see you very soon.

Hope you're all enjoying your Bank Holiday weekend and thank you to everyone that came to see us today at Spring in the Park in Warminster! So here is where you can find us for this week coming

Tuesday 5th - DEVIZES

Then next week we'll be at:

We will be then closed with Cosy for a couple of weeks as we are attending a couple of County shows so unfortunately won't be able to do our pop ups at the same time so hopefully you can get to us at one of these (Bulford will be added in for next month!)

HELLO GYROS LOVERS! Here is a list of where you can find us for the next three weeks... the 15/5 will be out last pop up (EVER!)
..No, I joke, I joke! We have a couple of large events on the last two weeks of May so are unable to fit pop ups into the dates between the 16th-31st so please save the dates below and share share share so people know where and when they can find us!

Just wanted to say a little message to everyone that ate with us last week - WOW what a week! in all honesty, the few weeks before have actually been super quiet - worryingly quiet so to say last week threw us a little, would be an understatement! We know there were a couple of hiccups and waiting times were a little longer at times so thank you very much as always for bearing with us.

If you have eaten with us, you will know we use the beeper system - if I could please ask if you have a beeper, please don't go too far as the range on them does seem to vary from place to place, also they aren't the loudest so can't be heard well if tucked away in a pocket. I only mention this as a few times recently we have beeped numbers and then gone on a search to find people as their food has been waiting a little while.

Our goal is to get food to you as hot and as fresh as we can (hence why there are wait times as we cook each item to order) so if you have placed an order and after 15/20 minutes your beeper hasn't gone off, please just pop your head to the side door and check just in case it hasn't reached you or been heard. We will never get annoyed (unless you ask every thirty seconds🤣) at anyone just checking as it helps us out too :)

Trowbridge, not only are we doing gyros on a Sunday, we're at a brand new location tonight!

We'd love you to come and join us this evening at The Wiltshire Yeoman, we'll be serving 5pm 'til 8pm (slightly different timings to normal)
