If youre coming over to True Story today we're bringing something a bit special!

Dr Pepper pork belly burnt ends. These are said to be some of the best bites in BBQ. Smoked with our house ruband then braised in dr pepper, butter, sugar and honey you won't want to miss out. Limited availability, when theyre gone theyre gone!

We will also have our smoked texan hotlinks and smoked chicken thighs that you can enjoy in a freshly delivered wild bun.

We are back at True story this Friday - doing some slightly different food. Were bringing our smoked chicken thigh sandwiches. If youve never tried smoked chicken its actually Sams favourite thing to cook. Smoked poultry is just unlike anything else.

☀️ Important Closure Notice – Thursday ☀️

Due to forecast temperatures approaching 40°C on Thursday, Smokemans Kitchen will be closed for the day.

While many will be feeling the heat, commercial kitchens can run 10°C or more hotter than the outside temperature, creating potentially dangerous working conditions for our team. The safety and well-being of our staff will always come first, and we will not ask them to work in those conditions.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and support. We are planning to reopen as normal on Friday, when temperatures are expected to return to safer levels.

Stay safe, stay hydrated, and keep cool.

What a night at True Story Brewing Co! 🔥🍻

A huge thank you to everyone who came down last night and made it such a fantastic evening. We completely sold out of food, the sun was shining, and the atmosphere was incredible from start to finish.

It's always amazing to see so many people coming together to enjoy great food, great beer, and great company. We couldn't do it without your support.

Thanks to the team at True Story Brewing Co for hosting, and to everyone who stopped by for a bite—we hope you enjoyed it as much as we enjoyed serving you.
