Join us this Sunday as we cook up some Texan baby back ribs.

Every Sunday were doing specials from whole packer smoked brisket, brisket burnt ends, brisket chilli, beef short ribs and this week we're smoking up some baby back ribs!

Limited amount only! Let us know if we should save you a half rack 😋 proper Texas BBQ, all smoked in house on our Yoder Smoker.

We ran a little Sunday special yesterday. Beef short ribs, smoked for 7 hours, wrapped and coated in beef tallow served with some fries and a pot of BBQ sauce. Dang they were delicious - Sundays we always do a special so if you want to be trying different texas BBQ join us for a Sunday (and let us know youre coming so you won't be dissapointed)
