When you’re starving, but your wife is still taking photos of the food 😅😅😅

We do feel for the hungry husbands, but we understand the wives too. Some dishes deserve a photoshoot first and our varenyky definitely do🥟😍

Join us this Sunday, 7th of June, for homemade Potato Varenyky as your main course, followed by our sweet Cottage Cheese Crêpe for dessert.

Our crêpes became the hero of the Sweet Bramble menu for a reason🥞

French-inspired presentation, traditional Ukrainian mlyntsi, and fillings made with flavours Britain loves.

Thin, delicate pancakes wrapped around sweet or savoury fillings and finished with Chef Iryna’s signature green sauce.

What a fantastic day at Tour de Trowbridge! 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️

We were thrilled to participate in this wonderful community event organized by Trowbridge Chamber and to welcome cyclists and visitors all day.

Congratulations to everyone who took part! Your determination and enthusiasm were truly inspiring, whether you aimed for a personal best or just enjoyed the ride.

It was a pleasure to help refuel cyclists with our homemade pancakes and treats after their efforts on the road.

A big thank you to Trowbridge Chamber of Commerce, the organizers, volunteers, and supporters for making this fantastic event possible.

Only today at Sweet Bramble Cafe, we are serving soft Ukrainian crêpes filled with sweet cottage cheese, accompanied by a rich, creamy sauce and topped with strawberry coulis 🍓

We call them mlyntsi. Every Ukrainian family has their own way of making them. Some serve it with cream, others without any sauce at all. We’ve taken it a little further and given them a generous creamy bath 😍

Sunday Lunch, 31 May — Ukrainian classics prepared just the way they’re meant to be.

On the menu:
• Potato varenyky (dumplings). Topped with your choice: mushrooms or a rich meat sauté

and!!!!

• Traditional Ukrainian crêpes filled with cottage, served in a creamy sauce. Just look at them... 😍

Everything is prepared in-house, handmade dough, balanced fillings with attention to taste and texture😊

Have you ever tried authentic Ukrainian cuisine?🇺🇦

We are thrilled to announce that our founder, MasterChef finalist Iryna Malenko , will be preparing a special four-course Ukrainian dinner for A Spoonful of Courage on 13 June.

This charity event, organised by as part of Refugee Week, will bring together Ukrainian food, live music, inspiring stories, and community spirit while raising funds for humanitarian aid in Ukraine.

Guests will savour authentic Ukrainian dishes and explore the stories, traditions, and flavours that make Ukrainian cuisine truly unique.
