Well that time of year has crept up us. I have little produce to offer you, I’m literally down to two squashes, pears and the jars. So this will be the last week for the stall sadly.
I want to thank you all for being amazing customers and sincerely hope you have enjoyed your purchases.
After this week if you want jars of jam or chutney do please message me and I’ll put them down by my post box, and the money can go inside it, but I’m no mind reader ( I missed that unit at uni ).
Next will be seed catalogues and planning for next year, and seriously hope we get better moisture and not so hot.
But we will have a huge amount of well rotted manure delivered by the wonderful George at the yard AND have better means of getting it on the beds, and possibly better than that will be a small tiller to run off the tractor. I’m giddy just thinking of not having to hang on to the hand rotorvator……..bliss!
What interests you folks, I know Paul would like Crown Prince squash, and I do know they are delicious and make the perfect bowl to cook a byriani in…….try it!
So again thank you all and we’ll see you next year, bright eyed and bushy tailed and raring to go.
