Cornish rhubarb & ginger jam is back 👊

Prep day today, pans on tomorrow 👨‍🍳

Sharp, vibrant Cornish rhubarb cooked down into a rich jam, lifted by a gentle ginger warmth. Fresh, fruity and just a little bit fiery - like spring sunshine with a kick ☀️

It will be available for you all to buy very soon 👀

And that's it, 2025 is coming to an end 🗓️

What an incredible year it's been, and we both just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone that's supported us and bought our products, you don't realise how much we appreciate it, every sale means so much 🫶

Now it's time to enjoy Christmas and have a break from making jam...maybe 🤪 we both want to wish you all a Happy Christmas and New Year and see you all in 2026 👋

Just wow 🤩

Last night, was unreal at Truro Cathedral.

They really got us into the Christmas mood 🎅 if you have the chance, they are well worth going to see, especially if you can see them at a venue like a Cathedral!

They played a variety of Christmas themed songs, most of them from well loved Christmas films. Thank you for putting on such a show! 🙌

p.s yes, the background music is them playing Carol of the Bells

🎄✨ Somehow we're nearly in December… we’re not sure how that happened, but we’re rolling with it.

We’ve been a bit quiet the past couple of months - sorry about that! We’ve basically been living the life of Santa’s elves, except with more jam, fewer pointy shoes, and absolutely no singing (joking, of course there's been singing).

But the good news? The Christmas markets are starting! 🎁🍓
And yes… the wonderful 4 and 6 jar gift sets are back and looking even more gift-able than last year.

Christmas in Truro kicks off on Friday 21st November with the opening of the Truro Christmas Market on Lemon Quay – Cornwall’s largest traditional Christmas market!

You can enjoy the Boscawen Street Christmas Markets every Wednesday & Saturday from 22nd November – 20th December (plus an additional market on Monday 22nd December!)

Don’t miss the Father Christmas Parade on Wednesday 26th November, marking the start of Late Night Shopping every Wednesday until 17th December, plus an extra evening on Monday 22nd December 🎅

Book now for the Father Christmas at the Museum experience at Cornwall Museum & Art Gallery from 10th - 24th December.

Round off the year with New Year’s Eve fireworks at 7:30pm and midnight, both free from Lemon Quay!
