The Cornish Pasty Association is a Community Interest Company, formed by producers of genuine Cornish Pasties. The Cornish Pasty has been granted Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status to ensure that any item calling itself a Cornish Pasty has been made in Cornwall to strict standards of ingredients and method of production.

Cornish Pasty Week 2026 - Well, what a week that was!

Mr & Mrs Pasty had a blast and what a fabulous way to end the week at The Lost Gardens of Heligan for the inaugural Global Pasty Championships, congratulations to Yuri for making it all the way from Japan for the second year. We’ll get a blog post up on the website with all of the winners shortly…

A massive thank you to everyone who makes Cornish Pasty Week possible, from the makers, bakers and retailers who support the Cornish Pasty Community Fund to the baking industry who sponsor the week and to everyone enjoys our culinary gift to the world.

Mr & Mrs Pasty wouldn’t have such a wonderful week without so many local businesses, attractions and locations being brave enough to let two giant Cornish Pasties loose, it’s not for the faint hearted – we salute you!

They told us “We’re excited to celebrate Cornish Pasty Week 2026! This year, 5p from every Traditional Cornish Pasty sold in our stores will be donated to the Cornish Pasty Community Fund. Together, we’re supporting and inspiring the next generation of Cornish bakers and food enthusiasts. Join us in honouring the proud tradition and delicious legacy of Cornish pasties!”
