1 car per booking due to space

There will be. £20 cash deposit per tree on the day rest payable on collection.
Please note it may be slippery and uneven ground so suitable footwear etc

Bit of relaxing afternoon getting caught up on some topping jobs for customers before it starts to rain. I have a feeling when it starts it may not stop for a while 🫣🫣 always love how nice and neet a freshly topped field looks after 😀

Wonderful trip up to Exeter today to the South West Growers Show lots of lovely stands a great day to meet new suppliers see different ideas products and catch up with some old friends.

As always Very hard to go anywhere with out returning with a plant or two this year the two ended up being a trailer full 🫣🫣

Most of these came off the stand in the pictures from gedney bulbs and these guys actually one best show stand this year so very well done to them and all of these will be Available at the weekend so pop along for some one of amazing perennials and even more bulbs 🌷🌷🌷

We are looking for some help if you are interested please drop us a message and let us know a bit about yourself and experience.
I would also suggest you take a look through our page and can see all the jobs and variety of stuff which we grow

Applicants must be self employed and be able to work alone and alongside others.

Be able to drive and be competent in handling machinery

Please note this is a physically demanding job so will need to be fit and able to lift pull etc a good gym workout 😄

For the right person would probably be around 2 days a week throughout the year this can be fitted in around you.

Jobs over the next few months would include

Generally tidying strimming hedge cutting (hand held) etc

Harvesting leeks parsnips ( this is all done by hand)

Pumpkins ,squash

Pulling and rolling up rabbit netting and polythene

Cutting up splitting and stacking firewood

Helping cut Christmas trees netting and carrying them

This is a hard job and I'm trying to put it as straightforward as I can as I do not want to go though lots of people and they give up after an hour.

However I'f you are reading this you can see from our FB page what we do it's a lovely environment to work in and if you love the outdoors a lot of mud and doing a good job this is a lovely job and I can safely say I love almost every minute of what I do

Bit of hedge trimming yesterday for Carnon Downs Village Hall .
Always nice to be able to help the local community in some way 🚜🚜

We are extremely grateful to Ralph Pengelly of Meadowside Nursery who yesterday donated his time and machinery to trimming our two long internal hedges.
