The Aussie Smoker brings families and people together like through a good old fashioned Aussie BBQ. Chief Pitmaster Adam was born in Perth, Australia and now resides in Falmouth, Cornwall. Bringing big BBQ's and big smiles through some Aussie tukka.

Closed on Sunday 14/6/26 so we can go to the Falmouth Sea Shanty and support our local traders and Sea Shantiers.

We will be open as usual Thursday to Saturday 11-2pm. Don't forget Fathers Day we are definitely open with Daddy Day Care, where you bring your dads for food, we are running free bbq classes while they are there, there will be live music or a dj and plenty of activities for the kiddos.

Remember we are BYO Booze with no corkage charge and free use of our guests beers fridge. Its like going to your mates house.

Caroline and Mathew asked for a good old fashioned Bunnings Hot Dog for their post wedding bbq.

Well we went all out and worked with to create a 70/30 Beef to Pork snagga seasoned with The Aussie Smoker BBQ Rub. Before hiting the grill it was smoked for a couple if hours, chilled in an ice bath to shock the skin tight.

Finally it was whacked back on the BBQ to bring it up to temperature for the perfect sausage.

Watch out for a new menu item.
