Tomorrow - Wednesday 22 July - will probably be the last day for picking this year.
The Blackcurrants were all picked last week and now the birds are getting stuck into the Redcurrants.
There is still fruit to be picked tomorrow, but I expect the birds to have just about cleared the rest by the next time we would have been open on Saturday.
Thankyou to those who have been to pick again this year.
Watch this space at the same time next year to see what is available.
There will still be frozen currants available and jars of honey. Msg the page to arrange a collection time.

Update for PYO in 2026

PYO Blackcurrants and Redcurrants will be available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from Saturday 11th July. Opening hours are from 9am until 1pm.

The Blackcurrant crop is not looking to be very large this year so don't delay your picking. Plenty of Reds. Please bring your own containers and payment will be by cash only.
These opening times will remain in place until all the fruit has been picked. There will be no other fruit to pick. There are jars of Honey available from the shop as well as bags of frozen Red and Blackcurrants.

The Landline 862317 has been discontinued as BT were charging two arms and several legs for the privilege.
