What is hogget?🐑
Hogget is aged lamb, over a year old. It is finished slowly giving it a deeper, richer flavour than lamb while still being tender and easy to cook. Many people love hogget for its fuller taste and excellent value.
Our boxes include a selection of cuts, ideal for roasting, slow cooking, perfect for special occasions. By buying locally, you’re supporting local farming and enjoying high-quality meat with a known origin.
