Good morning, Wednesday!

We’ve got fresh fruit, veg and a little seasonal surprise to brighten up your morning…

Hate to say it… but it’s coming.

Chestnuts have just landed in the shop today.

We know, we know. Nobody wants to mention that time of year just yet…

But there’s no point chestnut-ing around the subject. If the chestnuts are here, the countdown has definitely started.

We’ll say no more. For now.

🚨 OK… THIS IS A BIT OF A BARGAIN!

We’ve got a few too many boxes of Burts Devon Roast Beef Crisps and they're best before 30th September, so we're clearing them out rather than letting them go to waste.

Normally £2.19 PER 150g BAG

📦 BOX OF 10 BAGS — JUST £6! or 3 bags for £2

Yep… 60p a bag 😳

We’ve only got 10 boxes available, so when they’re gone, they’re gone.

Perfect for lunchboxes, cupboards, work snacks… or anyone who can demolish 10 bags of crisps quicker than they'd like to admit. 😂

🇬🇧 LOOK HOW MUCH IS BRITISH RIGHT NOW! 🌱

This is just a selection of what we currently have in stock that's British or locally grown — and it's quite a spread! 👏

From apples, carrots and potatoes to cabbages, cauliflower, broccoli, kale, leeks, roots, leafy greens and more.

Wherever we can, we love being able to put local and British produce on our shelves — supporting growers closer to home while bringing you fantastic fresh produce.

And with autumn arriving, the British veg selection is only getting better. 🥕🥬🥦

Backing local and British farming. 🌱

🎄 We’re going to say it… Christmas is coming! 😬

And we’ve got the first little green warning sign… BRUSSELS SPROUTS ARE BACK! 😂

Love them or absolutely hate them, they’re starting to make their way back onto the veg stand.

Are you Team Sprout 👍 or keep the horrible little green things away from me 🤢?
