We’ve got lots of lovely stalls and activities lined up for tomorrow’s Spring Eco Fair, upstairs at St Teilo’s:-
live music from Amy, home baked cakes and fresh coffee, kids’ activities, fresh veg, plastic free kitchen stuff, cider from the Dinefwr Orchardeers, jams, upcycled fabric things and haberdashery, local baskets and more.
Come and chat with the tutors about a permaculture design course coming up.
And of course the Seedy Saturday Seed Swap will be here, so bring your seeds and cuttings to swap, or just make a donation for any seeds brought by others.
Or buy local organic certified seeds from the Wales Seed Hub stall!

It’s that time of year when cucumbers and courgettes are copious, and we grow more than we can sell. So every meal has this delicious spicy cucumber salad / fresh kimchi type thing, as follows:-
Sliced cucumbers
Sliced red onion
Cider vinegar
Shoyu soy sauce
Flaked chili
Black pepper
Grated fresh ginger (lots!).
Eat it fresh and/or leave it in the fridge to marinate and dip in and eat over a few days.
Don’t ask me for quantities… but please share if you try making it yourself!
