It was such a pleasure to capture executive head chef Stefano Digiosia’s Michelin-starred menus at Great Fosters’ restaurant - intimate ambience steeped in heritage at The Alexander Hotel Collection’s historic space, accommodating just seven tables in total.
Formerly of The Fat Duck Restaurant and KOL, Stefano is ushering in a new chapter in Egham, Surrey, where his passion for flavour, precision, and storytelling shines through in creative dishes like current Nutbourne tomato, Chalk Stream trout, hand-dived Orkney scallop, spring lamb, and more.
