Mildred has laid her first egg!!

Hen and duck eggs back in shop. We’ve had a couple of naughty magpies going into the coop and pecking holes in the eggs. Glad to say we’ve managed to deter them now and they’ve gave up and gone elsewhere.

Plants - cherry tomatoes, aloe vera, chives, chocolate mint, garden mint, Solomon’s seal, clematis, Crocosmia.

Eggs - hen and duck

Dried herbs for herbal teas and cooking.

Fruit and Veg - strawberries, kale, spinach, lettuce, mixed lettuce leaves. These are message to order.

Crafted - scrunchies, Keyrings, bracelets, bookmarks, toilet roll holders, onion and garlic holders, wristlets, wall hangings, gift sets.

We also have gift wrap.

We did a trial at the weekend of fruit and vegetables which included strawberries, rhubarb, spinach, lettuces, radishes and Tuscany kale, all of which was picked fresh each day. The only thing we sold from this was rhubarb so I’ve decided that perishables will be on order only.

That’s all the strawberries collected today. On order only at the moment they are picked on the day for you to collect and they are so tasty this year. £3 punnet (250g), or £5.50 punnet (500g).
