Very excited to be delivering the first jars of Ashdown Forest Spring Harvest honey to Old Plaw Hatch Farm this morning

Our bees have been busy collecting nectar from blossom and wildflowers across Ashdown Forest to produce this small-batch raw honey.

This year's spring harvest has bright citrus and elderflower notes with a delicate hint of caramel.

Spring honey is one of the real seasonal highlights of the beekeeping year, so enjoy it while it lasts.
