Our EXCLUSIVE Highland Liquor Company x Thompson Bros blended malt wh**ky celebrating some of the great distilleries that lie north of the Great Glen Fault.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Hints of apricot, dried orange peel, and ripe plum interwoven with floral hints of gooseberry and a touch of white pepper giving it depth and character.
Tongue: A smooth, layered flavour profile which starts with soft notes of barley sugar sweets, juicy peach and apricot coupled with a gentle woody undertone and a hint of chamomile.

From the shores of the Thau lagoon, shop favourite Picpoul de Pinet by Domaine de Belle Mare has received Tamlyn Currin's top recommendation for an affordable bottle in her recent JancisRobinson.com tasting article.

"Apple and apricot. This is good. Packed with fruit. Lovely chew**ess, intense mandarin citrus, cumin spiciness. Real body and even succulence here. Floral notes, almost lilac, absolutely buzzing with electric energy. Very delicate savouriness on the finish that makes me think of roast potato skin and white pepper. I love this! Good value." - Rated 17/20
