Ullapool Smokehouse is a small, traditional smoking business, based in the fishing village of Ullapool, in the far North West of the Scottish Highlands. There are two partners, Iain Boyd and Andy Reeve - if you have visited the Saturday market in Ullapool during your holiday and bought from our market stand, then you will probably have met one of us. Our aim is to produce the very best quality, tr
aditionally smoked salmon. Together we do all the work - from smoking to slicing, packing, selling and dispatching. We specialise in mail-order but also sell to a select number of quality hotels and restaurants, to outlets in our home village and directly to customers at our village market. Between us we have over 60 years’ experience with salmon, herring and smoking. We use our knowledge and enthusiasm to produce smoked fish that tastes like the luxury that it should, rather than the commodity that it has become.
