The sun is officially out and the BBQ's are being dragged out from the dark recesses of the garage! SUMMER HAS ARRIVED!
I shall be on Ulverston Market tomorrow with the whole chilli Jam Range. Come and stock up on you Chilli 🌶 Jams, sauces and pork scratchings. Also a heads up, its not long till father's day... Great gift options.

Today is the first really warm sunny day of the Chilli Jam season! Hurray. I am at Westmorland showground for the Retro Car and Bike show. Is a great family day out.

Getting season ready!! Did a dip in Coniston yesterday. Thank you to Linda and Rachel wo also took the plung!! It was "bracing" to put it mildly.
Looking forward to a new year of Chilli Jam, starting with the Damson Day event at Westmoreland showground on 11th April.

We’re teaming up with Diplos Pizza for the Diplos Chilli Pizza Challenge at Chorley Cricket Club on 21 March.

16 brave challengers will attempt to survive four escalating heat rounds — all served on Diplos’ signature sourdough pizzas.

Each round starts with a freshly baked sourdough pizza and builds the heat step by step:

🍕 Sourdough pizza dough infused with Carolina Reaper flakes
🍅 Tomato sauce infused with fermented chilli, increasing in heat each round
🥩 Spicy Italian meats like nduja, spianata and pepperoni
🌶 Fresh chillies layered on top
🔥 And finally… punches of heat from our chilli jams

Featuring:

🌶 The Original Chilli Jam
🌶 Scotch Bonnet Chilli Jam
🔥 Ghost Pepper Chilli Jam
☠️ Carolina Reaper Ultra Chilli Jam

Each round gets hotter… until the final EXTINCTION pizza.

Hello everyone. It is going to be a great event! Diplos make great pizza, we do great 🌶 Chilli Jam - a match made in heaven. Its now all about how "Hot " can you go!! I shall be at the event with the whole range of chilli jams and sauces. It will be a brilliant night!

Tonight is the start of a mega Chilli Jam week! We start with Longridge light switch on tonight 4-9. Then its the mighty Dickensian weekend in Ulverston, 9 - 5 Saturday and Sunday. Finally we round it all off with Garstsng Victotian Chrustmas Monday and Tuesday 5- 9. Loads of fabulous Christmas ideas including our new Hotter and Hottest Honey!!

As the nights draw in and the leaves 🍃 are beginning to drop, it can only mean one thing. Dear I say it.... Christmas is around the corner! It all kicks off next weekend with the HOLKER WINTER FAIR. I am as we speak, gathering everything in readiness for it all to begin.
To get you in the mood, here is a little reel my great friend Alan made for me earlier in the year at the Amersham Heritage Day back in September. We had a lot of fun making it. I hope you enjoy.
