I’m not doing cakes right now but I have 15kg of callebaut chocolate that needs using before the end of the year so I might start knocking brownies out for a while.
I’m still registered, freshly inspected and insured. No hobby baking here 😂
I’m hoping to have a cake room/shed built for next year 🫶🏻
