Today I've made a vegan Bakewell Tart. Since my recently acquired intolerance to eggs, I've been experimenting with vegan baking (not that I'm vegan; but decided to go all in for this first one).

Home made vegan pastry, a layer of my delicious ginger base raspberry jam and topped with a vegan frangipane.

I've been working on an illusion project. It's by no means perfect but I learned a lot doing this!!!
