Reports all over of bee keepers losing typically 50% of colonies this winter

We lost 12 out of 20 bee colonies. Wet and mild is not a great combination for a beehive I’m afraid.

All notices of swarms in the area gratefully received!

Full revamp in the apiary as we have decided to create a safe space around the cabin and point the bee entrances towards the river.
