A great little local rescue Center in Marchington looking for tombola and raffle prizes.

Hey everyone, it’s that time of year again with the Marchington open gardens on the horizon 20-21 June.
If anyone has got any unwanted gifts or things they don’t want that would be good for a tombola I’d love them! ☺️
I also need items for the raffle I do. So if any businesses out there would like to donate I would be grateful.
Please PM me if you have anything. Myself and the hedgehogs would be very grateful.

Today is the day !! Our maize maze is being drilled. 👏👏 The sun is out although there is a chill in the air and there is some moisture in the soil from the last bit of rain.
Fingers crossed the weather is good for a good growing season. (More pics to follow).

It’s not just maize for a maize maze ! We also grow conventional crops of maize to feed a local dairy herd. Here Tom Thornley is planting maize last Thursday.
