Enjoy on site amenities including a swimming pool and spa, indoor and outdoor play areas. We offer 30 self-catering holiday cottages on our 500 acre working farm in Cornwall. Close to Padstow, Port Isaac, Rock and Polzeath where families can stay in our cosy Cornish cottages all year round. We provide many facilities including an indoor swimming pool complex, outdoor tennis courts, children’s indoor and outdoor play areas, a giant chess set, a farm trail and a pets' corner offering daily feeding times. During the school holidays we run free activities for our guests including pond dipping, woodland fun, falconry, archery, farm ride and communal barbecues. Please note our swimming pool isn't open to the general public.

Smeathers is available from Friday 23rd and Ridgeway from Sunday 25th, now both with 15% off for the week!! 🦌⛲️🍁Every year we raise money from our BBQ’s to donate to 3 different charities. This year Padstow Brownies is one of our chosen clubs. On Wednesday all the girls had a lovely time visiting the infamous in Padstow. They got to help feed the large herd of deer - over 120 with 27 new babies born this year! Then they ventured inside to hear all the wonderful stories of the history of the Prideaux-Brune family and their magnificent home (including all 6000 books in their old library!). They then ended the tour with a run around outside in the garden and the old dairy. Prideaux Place is open throughout the year for visitors (please check their website for details), so why not pop over to Padstow for a look around or a cream tea next time you stay with us!

🏠Nook Cottage is still available from Friday 16th October for the week! With its newly refurbished downstairs area, the Nook is the perfect cottage for a family getaway, or even just a nice couples break before half term. Located right next to the reception and the swimming pool, it has a twin or super-king bedroom downstairs with a brand new bathroom and upstairs there is a family room with an ensuite.

🌳🏠🌾 Off site cottages also available for half term! We have some lovely cottages located around Chapel Amble, and don't worry all the facilities on site are still available for you to use 😀

🍁Smeathers is a 4 bedroom cottage surrounded by countryside about 1.5 miles from the main site and is available for the week of 23rd October.
🍁Penpont Mill is a large 4 bedroom house 1 mile from the Olde house and is available for the week of 23rd October.
🍁Ridgeway Park is a 3 bedroom House 1.5 miles from the main site and has ground floor and first floor bedrooms. The balcony also provides stunning countryside views and is available from Sunday 24th October.

🐶🐾 PUPPY UPDATE! Jessie (now 5 months old!) had a field day with this box and paper earlier today! She left the cleaning up to us though, once she had well and truly worn herself out!! 🤣🐾🐶
