Close to Padstow, Port Isaac, Rock and Polzeath where families can stay in our cosy Cornish cottages all year round. 🌼🐝Just a short 13 minute drive from The Olde House you’ll find Pentireglaze, a lovely National Trust spot where not only do you have the usual stunning coastal walks (including Pentire Point and The Rumps), but there is also an orchard area which is fully accessible and sensory orientated. Plenty of things for the kids to do and lots of picnic tables as well 🧺🥪🍎. There is a little fairy trail and this year ‘Summer of Play’ which is 10 nature inspired games. You can walk to Baby Bay near New Polzeath too (please check the tide times!). Head down for a couple of hours and enjoy it all 🧚‍♀️🦋⛅️

Smeathers is a spacious four-bedroom farmhouse located about a mile and a half from the main site, all the facilities are still available to use on site. Pond dipping Tuesdays!! Unfortunately, due to all the lovely weather ☀️ the water levels are really low at the moment, meaning it’s harder to find all the creatures in the pond. Everyone is still enjoying getting stuck in and finding what they can 🩵
