The Weald Smokery The Weald Smokery is one of only a handful of traditional food smokeries remaining in Britain. All our smoked products are available in our shop.

We also stock a wide range of speciality and every day delicious food products. Visit us or shop online. At the Weald Smokery we smoke over open log fires and in brick kilns producing what we believe to be a superior product to the mass produced available elsewhere. A great deal of time and effort goes into producing our products, from the purchase of the raw ingredients through to the curing and

smoking process and onto the slicing and packing. This has proved to be a winning combination as we have continually won Gold Stars at the annual Great Taste Awards. All our smoked products are available in our own shop and we also supply other retailers, pubs, restaurants and hotels throughout the country. We also well a fabulous range of local and continental cheeses in our shop along side a large variety of unusual and more everyday products. We have a take away service selling delicious coffee, tea, home made snacks and cakes.
