Home reared beef being aged in our fridges at Hemsworth store, this will be making its way into the counters in a couple of weeks 😍

Today we received one of our own farm-reared Simmental heifers, reflecting the quality and care that goes into every cut we offer.

This beef has already been aged for 10 days and will continue to mature for at least a further 14 days, ensuring excellent flavour and tenderness. We have also cut the fore rib extra large, making it ideal for our premium tomahawk steaks.
