Our beef in the fridge at our Hemsworth store 🥩

A question we’re often asked is whether our beef is local. The answer is yes — it is locally produced and comes from our own farm at South Hiendley. Not many butchers can say their beef comes directly from their own farm, making this a true farm-to-fork story. The sirloin on the left has been aged for approximately four weeks, while the one on the right has been in the fridge for a week and will be ready for sale in around three weeks. It’s superb locally produced beef.
