An exciting update regarding the Mallard at Moorthorpe Station.
As some of you already know, Chin Chin will be taking over the Mallard shortly. Hopefully this will all be finalised early September (fingers crossed). Unfortunately the cafe has been closed for the last couple of weeks but after discussions with the Jolly Boys… We’re reopening this Wednesday!! Initially it’ll be Wednesday-Friday 8am-2pm, and Saturday 8am-1pm but we’ll be hoping to extend these days/hours once we’re in properly. Same great staff, same great coffee and same delicious cakes (thanks Enya!). Look forward to seeing lots of familiar faces through the door.

Last day at the brewery open weekend today. Back open at 1pm.
Still unfortunately without pizzas so pop an extra Yorkshire Pudding on your lunch before you head down! Finishing the weekend in style with our good friend Gaz Middleton playing from 3pm.

Morning! We’re back open at 1pm today and thankfully it’s slightly cooler than yesterday. Unfortunately the pizzas have had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. We’re desperately trying to sort something else out but it might be worth having an extra big breakfast before heading down!! Live music from 4pm with the excellent Moré playing Chin Chin for the first time.

📍 Then after that, we’ll be at The Queen in Doncaster Town Centre, from 7:45pm, finishing just in time for the England game at 10pm, so you know where to be to get the night started! ⚽️
