**ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMERS**
After more than 60 years of producing quality Christmas turkeys, it is with great sadness that we announce that Stanacre Poultry will no longer be producing or selling turkeys.
We are proud to be a third-generation family farm. It all began with Maurice and Georgina, and was continued by Dan and George. Dan and George have never had a normal Christmas, as we have spent our whole lives producing turkeys every year. Producing top-quality turkeys has been a huge part of our family's history, and we've been honoured to supply so many families over the decades.
Unfortunately, the cost of producing turkeys has continued to rise. With day-old turkey poults now costing £11 each from the hatchery, it is no longer financially viable for us to continue.
This has not been an easy decision, but after much thought, it is one we have had to make.
We would like to say a huge thank you to every single customer who has supported us over the past 60 years. Whether you've bought one turkey or returned to us every Christmas, your loyalty has meant the world to our family, and we are incredibly grateful.
🐔Although we will no longer be producing or selling turkeys, our farm shop will remain open, selling our fresh chicken and eggs Monday to Saturday, and we look forward to continuing to welcome you.🥚
