just wanted to say a massive well done to our youngest member of the team today Coreywilliams on your gcse results. i don’t say it enough to you butt i’m super proud to call this young man my son (best mate )i’m hard on him for one reason to become the finest version of what you can become: and honestly i’ve never met such a hard working person in my life. from the age of 8 he wasn’t happy if he couldn’t help me in work and earn pocket money. then we hit lock down and you worked 17/18 hr days at the age of 11 to keep up us moving forward. opening our new site in newport was the same time as his exams. and within 2 hrs of his exams jumped strait on the train to get to work to help us. then today result day picked up his results at 9 in work by 10 grafting.

and for the people who didn’t get the grades they wanted - don’t worry about it - in life i’ve alway said these words
