When you see one of our finished buffets or grazing tables, itโ€™s the beautiful presentation, colours and abundance of food that first catch your eye.

But behind every table is a story of preparation, patience and a genuine love of cooking.

Long before the first platter is arranged, thereโ€™s a busy kitchen, ingredients being prepared, pastry being rolled, and countless little details coming together.

Our homemade pork pies begin with traditional hot water crust pastry, carefully prepared and filled by hand.

Our sausage rolls are freshly made, our Scotch eggs prepared using quality Packington pork, and our quiches begin with homemade pastry and freshly prepared fillings.

Our chicken goujons are made using fresh butcherโ€™s chicken breast, hand-breaded with our own blend of seasoning.

Then thereโ€™s the homemade focaccia, freshly prepared dips and chutneys, savoury pastries, tartlets, canapรฉs and all those little extras that might go unnoticed individually, but make such a difference to the finished table.

And of course, we havenโ€™t forgotten the sweet thingsโ€ฆ rich chocolate brownies, cheesecakes, lemon possets and homemade desserts.

Alongside everything we prepare ourselves, we carefully select beautiful cheeses, charcuterie and other accompaniments, because quality matters in every part of what we do.

For us, catering has never been simply about making food look beautiful.

We love the whole process.

Choosing lovely ingredients, creating flavours, making pastry from scratch, trying new recipes and taking the time to prepare food properly.

Yes, it means early mornings, long hours in the kitchen and probably far more washing up than anyone would consider reasonable! ๐Ÿ˜‚

But thereโ€™s something incredibly satisfying about seeing all that work come together.

And even more satisfying knowing that the food our customers enjoy has been prepared with genuine care and pride.
