SUMMER EVENING TASTING

Join us for our summer evening tastings in the medieval Crypt at Walsingham Abbey.

Sample all of our wines paired with local Norfolk cheeses and charcuterie from Walsingham Farms Shop. With vegetarian options available too.

Taste our award winning wines, and be one of the first to sample our 2025 Pinot Noir Rosé.

Following the tasting you can take a glass of our sparkling Bacchus Brut and explore the peace of the Abbey Grounds out of normal opening hours. Enjoy golden hour sunlight on the Abbey ruins.

Arrival 4.45 for 5pm start. Booking essential.

£35 per person. Adults only. Dogs on leads welcome.

About to set up for our first summer wine tasting here, happening this evening, in the cool of the stone ‘Crypt’ at Walsingham Abbey.

It’s actually not a crypt nor an undercroft, not being underground. It is thought to have been the Prior’s ‘warming room’. A place at the priory for gathering and hospitality!

We’ll be offering tastings of all our wines, including our refreshing new rosé, together with cheese and charcuterie tasting plates prepared by Walsingham Farm Shop

Afterwards, there’s an opportunity for a peaceful and private stroll in the grounds after hours with a glass in your hand.

The sun’s out and it’s time to celebrate Walsingham Estate Vineyard winning a Decanter Bronze Award for the Solaris 2023!

Solaris is a white grape producing a fresh dry white wine, sometimes described as an English chablis.

For a week from today, Walsingham Farms Shop are offering 10% off Solaris in store and online.
