For Christmas 2026, the Ypsigro Collection renews its visual identity through an illustrated project developed in collaboration with the Academy of Fine Arts of Palermo, Sicily!

The project by Maria Francesca Villari, a student at the Palermo Academy, is a visual narrative set on the façade of the Ventimiglia Castle in Castelbuono, interpreting the story of Fiasconaro and the identity of the area.

Windows and little balconies become vantage points for a network of people, presences, and stories that capture the bold, enterprising spirit of the village - home to the historic pastry shop.

A project designed to continue in the years to come through the involvement of various Fine Arts Academies, also expressing the company’s commitment to nurturing the talent of the new generations.

Yesterday we had the honour to be involved in the Italian at the Iconic Smeg Flagship Store in London. Talented young participant chefs from colleges across the UK transform traditional salumi into bold, beautiful plates. Each dish tells a story of heritage meeting innovation, plated in the stylish !
From meticulous prep to vibrant presentation, these rising stars showcase skill, creativity, and culinary curiosity. Well done to the winner!

We were approached by just a few weeks before the event to sponsor and fuel the passion of the Pastry Maestros behind the Guinness World Records’ milestone.
