🎥 For this edition of PotC, we chatted with Michael and Issac, two of the four founders of Parched London, who own the outstanding Clock House Tavern.

The is an independent pub located near Peckham Rye Park, serving traditional ales, cocktails and premium wines. The venue is part of Parched London, an independent group of South London pubs run by four friends Michael, Shane, Isaac & Neil. Parched have over two decades of success operating iconic venues throughout South London, with a focus on acquiring and preserving pubs. The ethos of the Clock House Tavern and its sister pubs, is independent ownership, excellent beer, local suppliers and a community focus.

Shane McHugh and team have blown us away with the exceptional food, stunning venue and outstanding team. And our favourite part? The drinks list, of course 🍻

It went off 🧨

Over a week since the Pillars 10 Summer Party and we are still smiling! It was such a fantastic day filled with happy faces of all ages.

A massive thank you to for bringing all of the music and entertainment together. The vibes were immaculate!

Hello to Sam 👋

It’s happy days at Pillars as we welcome Sam into the crucial role of Head of Logistics. Meet the lovely Sam, who will oversee supply chain management and lead a team of drivers. He’s also a rugby fan and dabbles in a bit of birdwatching.

We are delighted to welcome him into the Pillars fold as our team continues to expand and evolve. Sam brings extensive logistics experience, most recently from his time at Signature. Make sure you say hello if you see him out in the van!
