Our used grow bags are back in stock and ready for your next garden project! Please remember to pay for them in the shop before loading them into your car.

Pricing:
20p each for 1 to 9 bags
10p each for 10+ bags

What Can You Use Them For?
Growing Vegetables: Perfect for tomatoes, courgettes, peppers, cucumbers, and salad leaves.
Soil Conditioning & Mulching: Empty out the nutrient-rich compost to improve garden beds or top up existing planters.
Potting Mix: Great for mixing into other garden soil or containers for extra growing power.
W**d Suppression: Laid flat, they can help block weeds in certain areas of the allotment or garden.

Look who has joined us at Lotmead today! 🦔🌿 We’re thrilled to welcome the team from Wiltshire Wildlife Trust to the farm.

Pop over to their stall to learn all about protecting and restoring local wildlife habitats, discover how to make your garden wildlife-friendly year-round, and say hello! Missed them today? Don't worry—they will also be back with us on Sunday the 23rd of August!

Because picking availability depends on the weather, the time of season, and daily turnout, we can't always guarantee fruit availability in advance.
To help you plan your trip, we update our Picking Updates Page every single evening between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM with the latest field conditions!

🍓 Sunday Update: August 2nd 🌻

A massive thank you to everyone who visited us today! You've picked our strawberry and raspberry fields completely clean.
To give our remaining green fruit time to ripen and grow, PYO Strawberries and Raspberries will be closed tomorrow.

The good news?
🌻 PYO Sunflowers are still available for picking!
🚜 Farm Park & Shop are open as usual from 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Pick Your Own Update 🍓 12h10

​Wow, what a weekend! Thanks to a super busy weekend and a massive crowd this morning, our Pick Your Own fields are now CLOSED for the remainder of the day.

​Our plants need a little breather to recover and ripen up plenty of delicious new fruit for you. Keep an eye on our daily posts for updates on when PYO will reopen!
