- sherry pan seared sausage 🌭

Yes, we do have this kind of breakfast in Italy. Figs and ham is a pairing famous all over the nation, but in Rome we use it to stuff pizza. Here’s my take on this Roman staple:

- inside dough: basil leaves, toasted hazelnuts, olives, mixed seeds.
- stuffed with: caramelized sherry figs, prosciutto crudo, mozzarella cream, balsamic reduction, thyme.
