I have always been one of those who lived to eat, developing my skills in the kitchen largely as a means for me to eat nice food, though I now also relish cooking for as many people as possible in the hope that they get the same joy from food as I do. Teaching myself using every available resource, these days I am one of the barbecue instructors and demo chefs on the courses and demonstrations at

Riverside Barbecue School (https://www.riversidebbqschool.co.uk/), Hertford, and I occasionally do pop up food nights and special events, of varying cuisines, where I get to share my love of food with the public. I enjoy writing about food and its associated kit and would love to hear from anybody looking for content, whether it's articles, recipes, photos or reviews. Ultimately, what started as an insular passion for cooking and eating for myself has evolved into a passion for everybody finding joy in food, whether I cooked it for them, helped them enjoy cooking it for themselves or simply get to hear about a great meal.
