Great meeting my former business mentor and food consultant - Richard Muirhead formerly of Brougham Hall Foods (The Old Smokehouse), Penrith, Cumbria at The Macron Stadium, Bolton this morning who helped me launch James Alexander Fine Foods Ltd. & The Cumbrian Sausage Co. Ltd 20 years ago!

Looking forward to working together again, and launching and opening a “Dark Kitchen” in the North West within the coming months!
