One of my most popular bakes is the cookie and considering the amount of cookies that leave my kitchen a week, there is a serious lack of photos on my grid!
These ones are chocolate chip cookies sandwiched between homemade marshmallow fluff and gooey milk chocolate spread! They are a messy eat but so worth it!
